Due to the perishable and custom nature of our floral arrangements, all sales are final and we do not offer returns.
Exchanges & Adjustments
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your arrangement, we offer exchanges or adjustments under the following conditions:
•Requests must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or event time
•We will gladly work with you to revise or remake the arrangement to better meet your expectations
To ensure transparency and quality, we provide a photo of your arrangement before delivery, allowing you to request any final adjustments in advance.
Custom Orders
We carefully follow all client preferences and special requests. From specific flowers to color palettes and styles, our team makes every effort to create a meaningful and personalized arrangement exactly as requested.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
•Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
•Recipient unavailability after delivery attempts
•Natural variations in flower color, size, or arrangement style
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or event date.
Cancellations requested after this timeframe cannot be accommodated, as preparation for your order will already be in progress.
